South Africa vs Pakistan: Fawad Alam crushes six to raise century

Pakistani center request batsman Fawad Alam on Wednesday scored his first century on home soil against South Africa.

The batsman brought it up in style by breaking a courageous six, as Pakistan fights the Proteas at the National Stadium Karachi (NSK).

The center request batsman hit a ton in 221 balls with a strike pace of 45.25, including eight fours and two sixes.

This is the first run through Alam is playing Test cricket at home as the entirety of his previous seven appearances in the arrangement had highlighted the left-arm batsman on unfamiliar soil.

He came to bat when Pakistan were four down after a top-request breakdown in the keep going meeting on Day one of the primary Test.
