LAHORE: Pakistan will take on South Africa on their home turf in April for a white ball arrangement, declared the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) on Friday.
PCB said that Pakistan will play three ODIs and four T20Is during the visit. It added that the ODI arrangement will be naturally included in the ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup Super League.
The assertion said that the public group will leave for Johannesburg on March 26 and will play the three Super League matches on April 2, 4 and 7. The first and third ODIs will be played at Pretoria, while the subsequent match will be played in Johannesburg.
After the ODI arrangement, Pakistan and South Africa will highlight in four T20Is. The PCB said that the group needed to initially play three T20Is yet another was added in line with Cricket South Africa.
The PCB further said that Johannesburg will have the initial two matches on April 10 and April 12, while Pretoria will be the setting for the third and fourth T20Is.
The ODI arrangement will be Pakistan’s second arrangement in the ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup Super League. In any case, for South Africa, it will be their first trip in the group.
The PCB shared that the visit to South Africa was initially intended to occur in October of a year ago yet was delayed because of the COVID-19 pandemic.
The PCB’s Director International Cricket Zakir Khan said that the load up was pleased to help an individual part in these “testing times”.
